TAFAN is calling for donations for the De-Clutter Sale

Annual Craft De-Clutter Sale
Saturday 4th February from 9am-12pm
St Christopher’s Church, 244 Avonhead Road Avonhead

Funds go towards the objectives of the Textile & Fibre Arts Network in promoting & supporting Guilds & Groups in our city & environments
.
Donations are sought from members of any unwanted but saleable craft items or accessories.  These include fabric, sewing bits & pieces, wool, fibre, threads, buttons, patterns, embellishments, small quilted or handmade items, books & magazines etc.  Even UFO’s!!!! Please bag up your items & give them to your group representative or email tafanetwork@gmail.com . We would also love some helpers to set up tables on the Friday evening & sell on the day. It would be a great help if fabric items could be sorted as follows…. Fat quarters – folded or ironed.  Pieces larger than fat quarter pieces folded. Usable scraps pieces in bags Small scraps for collage or children’s crafts in bags.

Magazines sorted by title into bags would also be appreciated.  PLEASE no broken or incomplete items, very old magazines, clothing items that are not suitable for patchwork or embroidery, clothing patterns or thermal backed curtain fabric as we have found that these do not sell.
