Wohoo .....Felting day on Saturday 6 June

No particular activities planned but it will be great to see what people have been up to.  We'e been waiting a long time for this one.  Our first felting day since lockdown.

It seems we are allowed social gatherings of up to 100.  The rules say: People who dont know each other should stay 1 m apart.  We need to keep a record of who attends.  The advice is that if you are worried or vulnerable it is OK to attend a social gathering but you might want to limit your time there.  They suggest 2 hours but anyone who is worried is welcome to just come for a short period.  We will be there over the usual time 9 am to 3pm.  You will need to bring your own mug and it might be best to bring any other cutlery you need for lunch.

We need to record
  • the person's name
  • their active phone number or email address (an effective way to contact them)
  • the time they arrived and left the event.
Avoid attending a gathering of any size if you are:
  • unwell
  • a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
  • waiting for a COVID-19 test result
  • self-isolating
Use good hygiene such as frequent hand washing with soap and water, and cough and sneeze into your elbow. Use hand sanitiser if provided.
Enough rules.... I'm looking forward to catching up with people and doing some felting.
