Bayeaux style embroidered tapestry viewing

Hi Southern Felters,
I'm writing today to advise you that there is a unique opportunity on the 10th April 2016 for the public to view a 100 foot long Bayeaux style embroidered tapestry that has been touring some events in Australia and New Zealand. The tapestry celebrates the 50th anniversary of the international living history group the SCA, and is being hosted by the local branch, the Barony of Southron Gaard. There will also be members undertaking casual displays and demonstrations of the many arts and crafts undertaken within the SCA.

Sunday April 10th, 2-5pm
Sumner Old School Hall
20 Wiggins St, Sumner
(NB this is a change in venue from previous notices)
