Don't forget that Anna will be available at our next felting day (October 18th) to show people how to make a small felt bag. Here is a photo of the sort of bag she intends to make.
If you made a Worry Eater at the last day don't forget to bring it along so we can all see how it came out.

Felting that converts from wall art to a garment
Here is an interesting thing - a felted garment designed by Deb Cumming and Nina Weaver at Massey University. When it isn't being worn the garment becomes part of the wall art - ie it sticks to the wall. http://www.campaignforwool.co.nz/flight/

Next felting day
Anna has volunteered to show us how she makes small bags at our next felting day - Saturday October 18 2014. The bag will be small with a handle made using a resist. Anna says these bags make great Christmas presents so once you see how it is done you can make your own. As usual people are welcome to bring their own projects to work on in a friendly atmosphere.
